In 2023, Mudec (museum of cultures in Milan) proposed to Galleria l'Affiche to present a series of works intended for the museum shop, in which a pool of artists would rework the art movement of Surrealism according to their own style. "Surrealism" was born this way, with the intention of parodying the paintings of great authors such as Magritte, Dalí and Man Ray in an ironic way, and at the same time of bringing attention to some details of these great artists' most famous works.
